Q:  What is your motivation to promote awareness for Lymphoma and/or cancer awareness?

A:  Our sister who battled advanced Hodgkin's Lymphoma for two years and is now in remission is our inspiration to promote Lymphoma awareness in addition to friends who have also battled various cancers.  This is our way of giving back by promoting, advocating and supporting awareness because we believe with awareness, there is hope. 

Q:  Who creates your designs?

A:  Our very own hard working cancer survivors and co-survivors who are part of this endeavor.

Q:  Are you a charity?

A:  No, we are not a charity and we do not solicit funds.  We are a cancer awareness online shop comprised of cancer survivors who  raise awareness for Lymphoma with our unique hand-crafted designs on awareness shirts, apparel & gifts for those looking to wear special Lymphoma shirts for their awareness events or to show their support for someone battling Lymphoma.The Lymphoma rates have doubled and  it is imperative to raise awareness just as it is to raise awareness for other cancers.

We designate a percentage of proceeds  from our t-shirt sales to cancer research organizations. In addition to making monetary donations, we also volunteer countless of hours counseling cancer patients, survivors and their families through  online support groups and in-person support groups. We also partake in awareness walks to support cancer charities and research.

Q:  Can I re-create my own shop based on your work and designs?

A:  No.  This is called a derivative work and is subject to copyright laws and legal action. Q:  Can I copy your design images thumbnails to post on my blog, myspace page or related?

A:  We would prefer that you use our banners to link to our shop.  Our designs thumbnails are meant for our shop only.  Please email us first if you would like to link to us or write about us.  We ask that you seek permission before publishing our designs or writing an article.

Q:  I would like to have a design personalized.  How do I do this?

A:  Please ensure it's one of our designs first, then contact us at our main shop Hope & Dreams Cancer Awareness Shop by using our design request form.  Be sure to provide us with link or product number of the design in question.  We ask that you be detailed in describing the design you would like us to personalize.  We may ask for your phone number to verify your customization request so please provide an accurate phone number.  We only keep personalizations designs on our shop for a limited time due to limited server space unless you ask in writing to extend it.
